  Ola Charles without a doubt the most worst T-Mobile agent I have ever encountered. He was nice at first because he saw that I was interested in the S9 plus but when he saw that I ment business he went from professional to whatever. He was on his phone constantly, which slowed his work ethic. He pause not once or twice but many times throughout our engagement with me looking at him like really dude you are working. I asked if he had a T-Mobile umbrella, he said no. There would be times I'm talking to him and he is walking away on his phone from me not making eye contact. I didn't care that he left me alone to go in the back were the employee hang, I just went to someone else to ask can you help me reset my new phone and here is the old one, then he appeared again after awhile me doing his job, then grab the phone from me and hand it back to me to put in my Samsung password. I had a difficult time remembering my Samsung password so he look at me and say "give it to me you are taking too long, he did something I simply asked if I can check to make sure my information is gone off the phone. He refused to let me see the phone and say it's done, I have to go that would take 20 minutes. I was angry because my shopping information is on the phone and I have no idea if the phone is reset, and that is a T-Mobile requirement. I left the store angry only to come back because everything time I try to make a call because the phone kept saying "network not registered" then this nice associate said you have to restart the phone and that worked. I don't know if my information is accessible by the store and that was my right to know but Ola Charles thought otherwise. He then left the store with 4 umbrellas after he told me they had none.
