  After visiting other area T Mobile Stores, I have to say these guys were top-notch. They were honest, professional and didn't jerk me around to meet a sales quota. I truly appreciated that they volunteered information regarding the best value and - unlike every other store - took the time to show me phone models and explain the differences. Thank you Marcus and team for your superb customer service. You by far surpassed and exceeded any expectations I had after receiving less the stellar help at the Broadway locations.

  Andres was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job helping me, he took the time to call around and find a product I wanted, upgraded my old phone and setup my new smart watch. Shout out to Marcos for helping the other customers while Andres was busy helping me! Great customer service...👍

  Been in a few times. Always the same. Employees not helpful horrible customer service. Ive been told one thing by employees and then had others say that's not so.How do places like this continue to stay around. Who does the hiring and checking in on stores?
