  I went into the store yesterday to upgrade my phone and Mike and Armando were amazing at helping me and gave me outstanding customer service. Even know their store was closing they would not leave until I got my phone completely set up and was satisfied even though they had to stay past closing time to help me. They answered all my questions and when I came in the next day with a few others they also help me out with those. This was the best have been in the 10 years that I've had T-Mobile and out look forward to going back when I upgrade my daughter's iPhone in a few months.
