  The lady with the red hair (I don’t remember her name) was so nice to me and understood my concerns. I highly recommend this store.

  Very unprofessional. Playing music too loud. Always on their cellphones and always screw up transactions

  These people on new year's Eve made me pay for a phone, case and I was told I didn't have to put no down payment, plus the manager didn't want to let me trade in my old sprint phone for a credit and didn't want to give me a promotion code they had at the time, plus they charge me for another sim card when I already had one on my hand, plus no headphones, the phone was refurbished not new, I went to another T-Mobile store by my house on Fordham and they helped me out with everything. This store is horrific.

  Excellent Customer service satisfaction, although the store is always full of customers. Laura N. Is my #1 Retail Store Associate, I feel happy whenever she's @ wrk. Very helpful and professional.
