  No the best experiences with them!! It seem that the team is not fully trained on t mobile promos!! I had to go thru at whole process to get my reward card because they couldn't even help me!

  i just upgraded to the new Iphone 8 plus and i found the process to be very easy with the help of the employee. They were extremely nice and patient enough to answer everything i asked.

  Very good customer service. I exchanged my phone under my insurance plan and they were nice enough to handle all the data, apps, contacts and pictures transfer to my new phone. Very nice people.

  I upgraded to my Samsung S8+ and had the greatest experience. Wendy and Jorge were super friendly and they gave me the complete service from start to finish. I walked out of the store super happy with my new phone. Highly recommend!!!!
