  They have no clue.....sir you have an old plan....you don't qualify for buy one get one...poor customer service.

  This T-mobile location should serve as an example for all other T-Mobile locations. Everything from the staffs exceptional knowledge to the unbeatable prices makes this one of the greatest consumer phone retail experiences I have ever seen. One small criticism, however, is the small discrepancies between different staff members knowledge.

  Friendly efficient service,but need patience long line wait. Staff very considerate.

  Staff here is always helpful. I always tend to come when it's busy but they are usually decently quick and always able to assist! Definitely my favorite t-mobile store!
