::T-Mobile give you the best of both worlds when it comes to your cell network. The service is very reliable like Verizon or AT&T, but the pricing is value based, and is far more affordable than the (really) big guys. Staff here tends to be a lot more friendly and helpful than Verizon too!!

::Some girl who works there gave me totally the wrong information. Said that I have to wait 3 years to upgrade even though my phone is paid off. Then I looked online and it said I can upgrade after one year which is very soon. Just missed out on a sale due to your ignorance.

::I was blown away by the performance of the staff at this location. They were extremely amicable and courteous. I came in on a Friday night with no more than 10 minutes left before the store were to close. I wanted to inquire about changing my phone service from AT&T to T-Mobile. I was under the impression that I wouldn't have enough time but Paloma insisted she could help me and that staying late wouldn't be an issue. She assisted me with T-Mobile's ETF program in which they reimburse you for paying off your old devices from your previous service provider. She made me copies of my payoff receipts and provided me with my new T-Mobile sims along with her business card if I needed any assistance with my service. Coincidentally I did require her services again and contacted her numerous times. She was polite and extremely effective when following upon my inquires. Thank you Paloma!

::Sure, the young man set up my new phone plan by adding my boyfriend and I, but after us telling him that we don't want insurance on the phones when he asked us, he put insurance on them anyways. And he forgot to "switch over the data" from my old phone to my new one somehow. I had to call 611 and have customer service fix it for me. And when he put on the screen protector (which he was kind enough to do so) the edges were not put on correctly to the point where it started to bubble. I pointed this out and he said, "don't use the phone case for a couple of hours and let the screen protector sit until then, which seemed like a logical idea to me since he's the employee. Nope. Continued to bubble and eventually had to get it replaced. And I'm making monthly payments for this accessory. This guy did not know what he was doing and I was not satisfied.
