::Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a phone carrier, and the worst service ever. The store used to be fine a couple of years ago, the workers knew what they were doing and explained everything clearly. Now, these workers don't have a single clue what they are doing and are completely confused. I had a screen protector on my phone, and when I wanted to Jump, they said they can't accept the phone because the screen was "bulging out" when it was just a screen protector. I'm so confused on how such people can get these jobs if they don't even know what a screen protector is. They have tried to scam me and my family multiple times. I had gotten a plan with 2.5 GB of data, costing 25 dollars a month. These scammers gave me 6 GB and charged me 40 dollars a month, and this isn't the first time they did that. I even asked them multiple times how much data I will get and how much it would cost and they lied. When I confronted them about it over the phone I was hung up on, and they denied it. They are trying to make more money by scamming people, and people fall for it because they aren't knowledgeable like others. Today I attempted to get the brand new Note 7. I was told that the "phone is out of stock, and is not available in any other T-Mobile store" and "you can not order the phone online, it must be done through the store." I called up the other closest T-Mobile stores, and guess what, they all had the phone. I even checked to see if I can order the phone online, and guess what, I can. Whatever you do, don't go here.

::The store new sale associate manager was wonderful. He was patient and served me with a friendly costumer service. For a time I stopped going to the store because the prior associate manager and the staff had no ethics or professionalism with the costumers. I'm so happy that their's a new associate manager and staff. Thank you Kevin for your dedication and time. I will continue to do business with you.
