::Ive been in this place at least 5 times on a warrenty exchange for the same phone. On this unfortunate occasion I spoke to mobile rep named Juan., who needs a retrainning in the customer service dept. He says "lets hope you have better luck with this one" in a condesending tone. Im not playing slots or scratching lotto tickets. Im not certain where luck comes into play. When it comes to mobile service i would like a guarantee that the phone I purchased works and my carrier treats me with courtesy and respect. Not at the Euclid store apparently.

::I recently went here to inquire about upgrading my phones. I logged onto TMOBILE looked around at their phones and found some to my liking. I knew I didn’t have jump for the phone lines that I was interested in and planned accordingly. I thought maybe I would give them another go and stay with this company. (Terms expressly stated or implied were not as agreed) So off I went to get another phone. SPOILER ALERT******The price on the internet is not to be taken at face value (meaning it doesn't match the ending store price.) What you see is not what you get. I am assuming this is a small sales hurdle because they got you out of your home into the store and a couple of additional charges won’t stop you from paying for that shiny new phone you can’t live without. (Impulse buy plays a part) As far as Customer Service it is usually good so when I got the manager of the store I was surprised to have received such subpar service. (I would recommend the company invest in additional communications training for the manager regarding this area to improve customer service as this has bottom line consequences) I didn't feel very welcomed upon being helped. There is an activation fee of the phone or a sim fee and he told me this was going to be charged on top of taxes. In addition, the phones I was looking at online definitely weren’t carried in their store and they wouldn’t be able to assist me in phones not inside the store. So, no $17.99 plus tax as a total, I was told that this will cost around a 100.00 a phone upfront. In addition, I honestly got the perception that I was being discouraged from upgrading the phone. I thought to myself I have been a customer for a year and three months and not even the activation could be waived by Julian the manager. I think that with so many T Mobile stores around including several in Anaheim I will try to see if I get a better deal. If I do., I will possibly leave an update with a better T Mobile store to frequent or apply this experience upon a wider spectrum. I hope this feedback can be used to help this store better evaluate its practices and make changes for the better. (Profit and Customer Retention) Upon taking some time from considering buying a refurbished iPhone from them I found that for simply a $100-$150 additional dollars I could purchase from a third party and as long as it was a compatible phone I would be good to go. Had I had went the other direction I would have paid $200.00 plus $17.99 a month for both phones or $35.98 a month/$431 a year or $863.52+$200.00 equaling a total of $1063.52 Thankfully Not being caught up in the hype and being discouraged from the experience at TMOBILE allowed me to see that it would not be a favorable deal. I could pay $249 for a certified unlockable phone which would total $498 plus two sim card charges which if you owe nothing for a phone could probably be waived (You know have the negotiating power. Why would they argue about 25.00 sim card/activation fee when they can have you use their service monthly? If the store won’t do this, I’m sure they will waive that sim fee over the phone at T Mobile. It makes economic sense to do this which is 47% cheaper, that’s half off even if you must put the rest on a credit card and pay it off in a couple of months. This way you are not contractually obligated to be in a non-contract with TMOBILE. If you owe money on a phone you need to pay what’s due in full before they will cancel that number which means you kind of are still in a contract. GoTcha.

::Store is ALWAYS busy!! There never seems to be enough employees working. 20 minute wait is pretty average whenever I go there. Employees are very pleasant, just not enough of them.

::T-Mobile has been great. They meet you at the door as soon as you walk in, ask your name and tell you about how long is your wait. All the reps are very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. Can answer any questions and solve a problem. Very courteous. Great customer service. A special thanks to Hector at Euclid and Broadway store.
