::The charge $25 for SIM card to old customers. I never paid anything to AT&T. It’s $5 online. Every where is scam 😢. Also they are very slow.

::My friend visiting from Costa Rica went to this location to get a T-Mobile SIM for her phone. (she has an account). The SIM would not work in her phone. after a long time trying to sort it out, they talked her into buying a new phone. Then held her for 90 minutes trying to transfer her data and settings. But they did a horrible job and the phone was totally messed up, everything misfiled and random. She came to me and showed me the phone and showed me her old phone and we noted that the old phone was fine with the Costa Rican SIM, so it was just that the T-Mobile SIM was too thin to fit properly in the slot. Back to the store to return the new phone, which she hated. They refused to take it back, refused to give her credit on the plan she was not going to use, and she is out hundreds of dollars. They told her to sell the phone and laughed at her because it wasn't worth what she paid. She asked to talk to the manager, and he refused to see her. This was a case of taking advantage, and was criminal. Stay away from this store. They are cheats.

::I came in at 7:45. The store was closing at 8. I walked into the store because my phone suddenly stopped receiving phone calls. The woman who helped me was very abrupt. Giving me quick answers..I asked her to analyze the phone. Because it was ringing she said- it’s working....I had to continue to ask her to listen, in order for her to witness that there is no connection. She was just very non shalant. I didn’t feel important or like they cared at all. She consulted with a colleague who was on the phone, and also have a quick answer which was the final answer. So they ruled it out as internal issue without testing or examining the phone. She did aske me to unlock it to go through my settings. Which I knew how to do. I’ve had an iPhone for many many many years. This store has a 3.6 rating. That is why I decided to walk over. I guess at 7:45 customer service is over! I work at micheal arts and crafts, customer service is my number one priority no matter what time the customer walks in. I’ve been in the business for long and I wish I could feel better about it. I am a little disappointed and I expected a lot more attention for coming in with an iPhone 7 that has issues. I paid a lot of money for the phone. I pay a fair monthly amount as well. I have a problem now and the service was very poor😡. Staff who serviced me was a lady and she was slightly heavy set like me. She leaned all over the counter slouched and that is how she serviced me. Not a happy customer and it was my first time in the store. 🤷🏽♀️

::This was my second visit to a T-Mobile store. I prefer to do whatever I can online. I had a leased phone I had to return and went in around 7:30pm. I was seen almost immediately by a tech who seem rather apathetic. He wasn't quite sure how to do the trade in and it took around 20 minutes for him to get it all sorted out. In the end the phone got returned and the process was rather painless. It definitely wasn't an A+ customer service experience but it also wasn't the worst experience I've had with a cell phone provider.
