  Very friendly customer service all the times I've been to this location. I would give 5 star if I didn't have to wait to long to be taken care of.

  Switched from att and they made things easy. Always solved my problems.

  Rude staff.mannerless.. I went there and this employee asked me if I want to buy thw phone. I was just there to see the phones as I was waiting for someone who was at mc donalds next door buying something. He was trying to be friendly and pushed me again to buy a phone. The regular sales techniques they have. I told straight that I dont want to buy anything. Then another customer walked and he started helping them. Past 10 minutes the same employee told me from far away in attitude that its been 10 minutes I have been playing with the phones and I am playing too much with the phones. I should not play too much with them WTF.....is that how you ask someone when turned down for sale...... mannerless old indian fellow....Its a TMobile store. One can spend as much time in the store looking and playing around with the phones. Take off all phones from display if you are so concerned. BUT THAT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM. READ THE MORAL OF THE STORY. Then the same time the other guy with the turban told me that I have been playing too much and shouldnt change the settings of the phones....This I can understand as kids might come and play around with the settings...but what I didnt liked is the attitude of this guy said in. Well, as any customer would be, I got offended. I thought of giving them an answer on their face in front of other customers but then I thought its not worth it to argue with those two fools. As I was there waiting for someone next door in mc donalds, I just left the store and went to mc donalds myself. If both of you reading this..learn some manners. MORAL OF THE STORY --- Desis show attitude to desis...
