  They were very helpful, patient, and informative. From my experience there this evening, it showed that it matters to the staff and the manager that they do a good job and take care of their customers.

  Great service. Employees are very nice. If you go and try to set up a phone plan for yourself or your family, definitely talk to James Martinez. He's a really cool guy.

  They gave fast service, very knowledgeable about products and mainly great customer service! This is my favorite T-Mobile store, whenever I have an issue they solve it without a hassle.

  Walked in around 11:30 this morning. Was not greeted by an employee. Instead there was a heavy smell of marijuana. Stood around for 10 minutes while two employees were helping customers and one other guy was doing something else. Not once did any employee say "hello" or "welcome to t-mobile" or "we will be right with you"... completely ignored me so I walked out and called 611. Plus side by ordering my sim cards over the phone I was not charged $40 for two SIM kits. - Their loss.
