  Came to this store Dec 6th 17 in the morning to return a phone I purchased while driving trough Orange. MISS LAZY AND MY LAZIER did not even try to process the phone and tried to convince me that I had to drive our of my way to return the phone in orange. OH BUT T-MOBILE IS A NATION WIDE COMPANY LAST TIME I CHECKED! anyways I was able to return the phone at the Springfield store. Get these ppl a retrain. Shame

  This store is a rip off I went in to buy Galaxy S8 phone i was told they had a promotion going on with free gifts which i recently found out I was being charged for on my monthly bills

  This is one he'll of a mobile store the staff is knowledgeable and courteous set us up with the S8 n S8+ in about 1/2 hour thanks !!

  It's company owned, the reps who work there are very knowledgeable and are very customer related .
