  Tired of cricket so new to T-mobile. Handcapp accessible, handicapped parking out front and a couple of seats inside (unlike cricket) this was huge for me. Fast courtious service, there two days in a row never saw an employee idle. Mario helped us decide what phones met our needs. Together Mike and Mario set us all up. I was really overwhelmed with their service. New Samsung released today go to these two guys to get one

  Elia Lozano, a rep at this location, released my personal information to a third party over text message. This representative accessed my account without permission, and texted my information to the person requesting it. Definitely not an employee with integrity. When the store manager, Ronnie, was approached with the situation, he proceeded to side with the employees lies, and brush me off. I am now moving forward with a lawsuit against T-Mobile for the breach of my information. Thanks for showing you care Ron 😉

  Don’t got to this store, they take hell out of time to just figure out one issue and they don’t solve any of your problem
