::Worst Customer Service. I usually rave about the level of service T-Mobile provides, but Ebony was the lowest of low at this location. She carried a condescending tone with every customer who walked in and it scared a couple of customers away. If it weren't for the urgency of my issue, I would've left too. She was uneducated when it came to T-Mobile's policies and plans. She had to confirm with her co-worker almost every question that was asked to her by the customer. Her solutions were also very unhelpful. Typically T-Mobile reps go above and beyond but Ebony managed to have zero patience when dealing with both the reps on the phone and her colleagues in the store or over the phone. It made me cringe how bad she was at her job. Every customer that was left in the store couldn't help but roll their eyes and chuckle under their breath with how surprised they were with her half-assed attempt at providing a service to T-Mobiles customers. I've been a customer of T-Mobiles for over a decade now and never would I have thought I would be spending my time writing a negative review about something associated with them. I will continue to use T-Mobile but never will I ever step foot in that location while she is representing them.

::Not very knowledgeable on all of the products. I noticed they are quick to assist you if you are buying a product or service. If you are there for maintenance you are pushed to the side. I had to go to another store at Randolph and Wells to receive the best customer service experience.
