  Worst service. I've waited for four months to get my rebate and I didn't got anything so I've called customer service to find out that the moron from this store never put the request for my rebate. Bunch of idiots working there who you can't trust. Go elsewhere...

  Friendly and professional staff. Stopped by to get some information about the BOGO Black Friday deal. Alejandro was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions. After talking to him I decided to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. The whole process took a little longer than I anticipated, but Alejandro's guidance made the transition a smooth one. Aneel and the rest of the staff was also very friendly and clearly demonstrated a sense of professionalism and cooperation.

  All staff were friendly and helpful at all points of business transactions. From a customer stand point staff were professional in all tasks providing great customer service. Made you feel welcome without pressure of just trying to make a sale. The staff genuinely makes you feel comfortable in helping find the right product for general use. I highly recommend coming to this store location for any business. This is the better Yonkers location out of all the others. I will return again in the future.
