  Customer service cannot get any worse than this, all the way up to the manager. A total disregard for the customers and highly unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE or have anything shipped here. If I could give zero stars I would. Ignorant attitudes found in this place is what ruins the neighborhood.

  Worse place ever it doesn't even deserve a single start. I when a few weeks ago to open an account and finance 3 new phones. I was told by the sales rep that all accessories was free with the purchase of new Samsung phones. To my surprise once I receive my T-Mobile bill all those free accessories were added to the financing monthly bill for the phones and they also added 2 additional digit lines on my account with out my knowledge or approval and was placed on the wrong phone plan. I call to complain, they were rude and kept haning up the phone on me, I went to the store in person. I was giving the run around. I had to get T-Mobile customers service involved to resolve the issues. It sad that store like this continue to be in business when all they do is scam and rip people off. Going forward I only deal with T-Mobile corporate stores. STAY WAY FROM THIS STORE !

  Store was packed when i went there but the guy's handled there work pretty well

  Had a horrible experience at this location. A man named James is an awful employee who dodged my questions, and tried selling me something I did not want. Don’t waste your time here and find a different spot.

  This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The customer service is BS employees don’t seem to care about what customers need help on. Went in to get a new charger and there were 3 employees just standing looking at eachother and their phone and never got asked if I needed help after being there for 20mins. They need to hire people that are professional and really like to work . Smh so disappointed!!
