  @therealhappyhappy The customer service here is great! The store is nice and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products and service. I switched over from sprint and they are paying off my phones for me. All around great experience. Shout out to Shayne for spending so much time with me and meeting all my needs

  Very professional & paid courteous attention to our needs & answered our every question. The staff even assisted a lost motorist who was looking for directions. Kudos, this what brings customers back. Excellent service people....Carolyn & Mr J.

  This T-mobile store has honest and helpful salesmen. I came here after another t-mobile store lied to me about a sale. The staff here worked with me to resolve all my issues. I'd give them 5 stars but the music in the store made it hard to hear when I called customer service.

  I cannot say enough great thinks about this T-Mobile store and the service I received from them. Nate was wonderful to work with and was able to offer me better service and unlimited data at a lower price. I was pleasantly surprised to find they could assist me with exiting my equipment contracts with my current carrier without a negative financial impact. The SyncUp app they included in our package is great. Half of my phone calls I had with Verizon were spammers and the built in T-Mobile software has completely eliminated my need to answer those calls. So far everything Nate said would happen has happened exactly as he said it would. I live in Tempe and I am grateful we have a quality store like this on the corner of Price and Southern.

  It is very nice having a T-Mobile location in the neighborhood but that's not the best thing about this store. My wife and I went in looking for a new phone for me not exactly sure what I wanted and I found 3 of the nicest young man (AJ, Nathan and Carlos). The store was not busy which was great for me and my wife so that we could ask lots of questions and get all of their feedback. We spent the next 2 hours buying 2 phones and a tablet. I would recommend this location to my family and friends just because of the service that I received. Thank you for taking the time to help is very much appreciated
