::Disappointed service. This was my first visit to this store. I know going to a wireless store typically takes more time than calling on the phone but decided to visit this store any way. Once I arrvied, I was told they would be with me in one minute. Ten minutes later they were able to work with me only to discover, they did not have the device I wanted in stock. I decided I would go to another store. This is when they said they would call other stores for me. While they started this, they would be easily distracted by other customers in the store and trying to help them at the same time. Eventually, after a few calls, they said nothing was in stock in the Twin Cities and I just said I would go somewhere else on my upcoming trip to Arizona. This is when they put a hard push on me and said the product I wanted was an order onlyt and said they could order and ship anywhere. I decided to order but told them I would pickup at the same store when I was back in town. The order process took another 25-30 minutes, mostly because the person helping me had to make several phone calls to complete the order, help other sales staff, and work with other customers at the same time. At the same time, no less than 6 times did they have to tell other customers to stay away from the front door mat because of some sensor that was keeping track of customers coming into this store. It seemed like they were much more concerned about the numbers of sales opportunities and closing sales than actual customer service. When I went back to pick up my order, as I walked in the door, they said it wopuld be a minute before they could help me. I was on to them this time. I started a timer. After waiting 14 minutes, they updated me with, "thanks for your patience, it will just be another minute", at this point, I started another timer. 17 minutes later, they were able to ask, "what can I do for you?" I then said I was there to pick up an order and then said, "well, it will be another minute before I finish up here before I can activate your device". At this point, I asked if I could just takle it with me and she said yes. So, after waiting 32 minutes, I was finally out the door. I have two suggestions. The first for this store: be honest about the wait time. I understand they had other customers in line before me, but do not say one minute when it could be much more than that. The second for T-Mobile in general: The incentives for the sales force must be marginal as they seemed like they needed each person thru the door to purchase something. They pused hard and were very worried about their sales numbers. With this disappointment, I will say, despite the push to keep you in the store to get any incentives they must receive for sales, they were very polite. Hower, I will not go back to this store and will not recommend this store to family, friends, associates.

::This place used to be very helpful, however now days, they have little high schoolers, that will say anything to get you to buy a phone so they can have that commission. Upgrades aren't always upgrades...

::Horrible customer service at this location. Both Woodbury locations are great!

::The lack of knowledge for customer service from this location is unacceptable. Assistant manager (I believe Laurence T) is incompetent at his level. He is unable to provide a rational on why the store cannot pull a sale receipt, nor did he provide a solution for my dead phone. Basically said "there is nothing we can do" to me - a long time customer. I've decided to spend money on another phone service company. Suggestion: train your employees.
