  Staff here are ridiculously slow, waited for one hour just to pick up a SIM. Eventually gave up and walked out.

  Horrible I will never go back ever . First of all , I’f you don’t speak Spanish don’t go , only Spanish / trap music playing , half the staff thinks there in a rap video singing and dancing , rude , horrible service I ended up calling customer service to complain canceling my replacement order and having them ship it to my house . This store needs to be shut down or have new management

  The manager Angel, he is the worst manager, he offered me a credit for $200 and he never give me back to me. He is a liar!

  Waited an hour to make a 1minute transaction. And got ignored several times when I asked if I could be helped next. Some sales people were just hanging out with customers at this point. While not giving me the time of day. Poor customer service. Edit: went back the following day, when it was less busy, to let them reclaim some stars. Better service this time, still needed to wait 15 mins.
