  This PLACE IS THE WORST T MOBILE EVER. THEY AHVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IF YOU EXPRESS ANY AMOUNT OF FRUSTRATION THEY START LAUGHING AND MAKIG FUN OF YOU. JAMES WAS THE WORST OFF ALL. A WHITE LADY MADE FUN OF ME AND I HEARD AND SAID SOMETHING TO HER AND JAMES HAD HE AUDICITY TO TAKE HER SIDE WHEN HE DIDNT EVEN HEAR HER AND WAS HELPING ME OUT. HE NEEDS TO BE HERE ONLY WHEN THE MANAGER IS OR BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. !!!

  i was mislead on the service I paid for in the store. I'm extremely disappointed with t-mobile's customer service. The employees need better training on the cost/services.

  Unprofessional playful behavior. I was very surprised that the management at this store condoned customer service staff to use a deflective, inconsiderate and and unhelpful tone and action with customers. Staff were very educated on product and sales practice. Staff shouldn't act in a manner that shows displeasure because they don't want to help.
