  i was helped by luis , he was very helpful in me switching to t mobile. He gave me a great deal on a new phone. luis transfer all my information on to my new phone. The store is full of great people. i felt like everyone cared for me and everyone was friendly. Definitely coming back to this store for future purchases.

  They charged my account to a new plan I didnt even want including the $25 activation fee. Convinently after everything was processed Jose told me it was gonna be $70 a month when I told him i wanted the $50 plan. He told there was nothing he could do today but if I came in another time MAYBE he could fix it. SWITCHING MY CARRIER AND NEVER DOING GOING TO T MOBILE AGAIN!!!! Terrible service

  Asked them over the phone if they could cut SIM cards to size. Guy on the phone said yes they can. When I got there the guy at the counter said "No, we don't cut SIM cards only replace them". They wanted $25 for a Nano SIM so I just left and cut it down to size myself.
