::I disagree , The staff are not very friendly. And broke ADA....EVERYBODY don't even stop at this location. ..all the customers who gave this place 5 star are very disgrace .They only good to those who. They serve too . they never have time for people with disability .This place and violate the ADA-American Disability Act..... Worst store ever. Two Caucasian are a scammer and scheme. ....They scheme people for money to give u a horrible phone I even got a video for the evidence...who they disgrace me. As they allow their customer who is non English who is immigrant did run up on me and trying to fight me because They knew they rip me off but don't want to hear the truth... This white guy gave me a no galaxy Samsung phone saying it don't break easier .But it do break in a week. So I end up got a great. LG phone at T mobile in downtown..And they treat me badly and broke ADA law RECOMMENED YOU ALL , DONT GO TO THIS T MOBILE AT LOWRY They broke ADA law

::These people are so cool. We called on our way there asking if they had an iPhone charger, they said yes. We got there 8 min later and turns out they didn't have the whole mechanism so they just gave us what they had behind the counter for free. WAY cool of you guys, thank you!

::The best customer service I've ever had in a T-Mobile store! They took their time listening attentively to my needs and questions. They were very effective at handling the issue I had, as well as taking the time to explain to me how I could switch some things around to save me money! Never felt pushed to purchase new equipment or rushed to make a decision. I will definitely be back to this location for all of my future needs!
