  they dont know what they doing they make their own rules took my phone back to them for a battery problem and it had insurance on it not even one scratch but the home button had a little scratch from pressing on it so much they said call insurance pay 175.00 went to another tmobile store paid 5.00 for a waranty exchane. and this was the manager.

  The employees here are very rude. They go out of their way to make sure you're customer experience is unpleasurable. I waited in the store for over an hour and didnt get a soultion for my problem.

  I was having problems with my phone going to black screen. When I got to the store Karl took a look at it. The problem was not evident but he did a reset on my phone to try to help. He offered excellent customer service. Thx.
