  They are very unprofessional, I went there to buy a phone which was part of a promotional deal (add a line, buy 1 samsung galaxy s8 phone get 2nd free) , however they sign me up on jump which was not required as an option for the promo nor had i asked for that ..... I am now paying for both phones and a extra line, How is this fair ? .....poor service and a messed up company

  "Hoodest", most unprofessional staff imaginable. To make matters worse the young lady I experienced is a manager!! I came to buy a simple charger and they didn't have ONE. She opened a new phone box, pulled out the charger and says I'll give you this brand new one but you have pay full price. Huh?? Overall, they were more concerned about closing registers, going home and a key to a broken draw. Unreal.

  I really hate going to this store. They're are so unprofessional and lack customer service . I'm use to from other T-Mobile stores. When I walked in no knee greeted me. They all just look at me without saying anything. It wasn't until I was ready to leave...

  Extremely miss leading.... The store is suppose to close the store at 7pm but I got to the location at 6:50pm and the empolyes claim that they close half and hour beforehand. I work all the way in the city, so I tried to accommodate my schedule to make it there to accomplish my mission. The women treated me as if I was not a valued client by not even opening the door to answer my question or explain to me why the store was closed. The employes had the music on blast and couldn't even hear what I was saying behind the door at 6:50pm, Ratchet. If you ask me as a manger at a high end fashion luxury brand, honestly the empolyes were stealing company time.This why I can not stand dealing with Hood Establishments. Another night waisted on trying to make it on time to accomplish my mission with trying to get information on product for my phone. I wouldn't recommend any sane valuable client to go to this establishment. Terrible service and will be out of business soon.... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
