  Sales staff was friendly, not too pushy. Two different sales people came up to me to offer help don't know if that's supposed to happen. Not the greatest selection of phones and the one I ordered wasn't in stock so I have to wait 2-3 business days to get it. Store was neat, organized and it looked to be staffed, overstaffed actually (4reps, two clientele) but that maybe because it was a late Friday night.

  Terrible experience. I have been at this store on 2 separate occasions and both times spent over 2 hours trying to get a resolution for something extremely simple that involved transactions worth less than $25. Unhelpful stuff with 0 customer service experience. I had to call the T-Mobile corporate office while at the store both times to get the employees to cooperate in the least. The one time the store manager went out of his way to defy corporate company policy in order to not help with the issue at hand, even though he was told over the phone that was company policy. The same store manager also left to go home while the issue was still being resolved. Don't waste your time going to this store.

  definitely not a good store, always make sure that reps dont sell you stuff that you dont need, this guys will bundle anything and tell you its already included when in reality its not, very bad sales tactic. If activating a new plan go to a corporate store instead.

  Me and my mom waited for about an hour and a half for someone to help us and the manager was doing nothing, there was an open register for him to work but he just kept walking around pretending to be busy but he clearly didn't want to work. A black man walked in and he suddenly cared about his job and told everyone to look out because "the man who just walked in might steal". I couldn't believe what I was hearing, me and my mom were so angry I could see her hands shaking. The black man was doing nothing suspicious for this manager to assume he was going to steal.. obviously this manager was racist and only said it because the man was African American. The African American man is minding his own business and takes his wallet out and begins to count his money. The manager and a customer begin to laugh at him. Idk why it was so funny that he was counting his money to make sure he had enough for whatever he was buying. My mom was about to buy an iPhone 6s and was so disgusted that she told them she didn't want it and that she was disappointed with the way they were discriminating. I'm so glad we didn't give that store our money. Oh and the managers name was Christian.

  Always get great customer service when I come here. There always a little bit of a wait but that's not an issue once I've been helped.
