  I had gret experience with the store and staff. Helpful, polite and competent. I have been call by name 5 min after I start my interaction and they remember my name every time I go back. I was reluctant about T mobile , thank you to “T “ the store manager and his assistance “J” I changed my mind. Thank you for the amazing service.

  Worst Customer Service Iever experienced. Salesman did not advise me to turn in my phone at the purchase of a new phone. When I discovered this I tried fixing the problem, but the Manager was the most uncooperative Store Manager I’ve ever encountered. This store left me with a bitter attitude toward T Mobile and will probably seek another carrier
