My experience on multiple occasions was that they always seem to withhold just enough important information so that you could pay more out of pocket. They did not honor my insurance waiver, and called it "store policy", after saying "yes, we can see the waiver on our system, but we can't honor it". Speed of service is mixed, but more on the faster side. Hours of availability are pretty good. The store itself isn't well-ventilated, so don't go during a hot or busy day. Bottom line, if you have an agreement with the actual corporate T-Mobile, then DO NOT expect these folks at that location to be aware of it, or even respect it.

Terrible customer service and the most horrible experience I've ever had while buying a phone. I went into T-mobile to buy a family plan. I got 3 iPhone 8's. What I did not know is that they're supposed to open the box and ensure that the phones are working before I leave the store which they did not do. As I reach home, one of the phones was not working(the screen was not turning on). I followed directions on Apple's website to get the screen working which was simply to connect the phone to iTunes on the computer and update the OS on the phone when prompted to do so. That did not work so I called the store to let them know and they said to come in so they can replace the phone. And of course, I get there and they gave me every reason why they could not replace my phone. The main reason being "How did you update the phone if the screen isn't working?". Pretty much suggesting that I broke the screen. After going back and forth, they suggested that I bring in my laptop so I can show them how I updated the phone without the screen turning on. When I returned to the store with my laptop and showed them how I did it, the employee then went to his manager with the phone to explain the situation. I watched from a distance as my phone went from hand to hand so they can inspect the phone. They even took my phone to the back room where I could not see what was going on. Moments later, they returned with my phone showing me damage to the corner of the phone where the side of the phone meets the screen and there was a little gap as if someone took a micro flathead screwdriver and inflicted damage to the phone. They then insisted that they could not replace the phone because the phone was damaged and insisted that I take it to the Apple Store to fix it. I spent about 2 hours going back and forth with these people and eventually decided to take it to the Apple Store where they said it will take about a week to fix. T-mobile states that it will be a restocking fee of $50 per phone to return all of the phones and I'm currently on the fence on if I should just return all three phones when Apple is done fixing the broken phone. Spending $150 to return the phones and taking my business elsewhere seems to be the best bet at this point in time. Moral of the story is they either knowingly sold me a phone that doesn't work or they caused damage to my phone in the back room so they would not have to replace it. If I could give this store a 0 star rating, I would. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. NOT EVEN A PHONE CHARGER.

Horrible staff. There was one customer in the store with 3 employees and the other 2 employees had to finish their conversation before one of them acknowledged me. The typical customer service or lack of it that gives these areas a bad name. I wanted to sign up for a family plan but I guess not here!

Really a great customer service minded store. Originally I had Verizon and the Representative Jason Y. caught me attention when reviewing my bill and showing me the difference in price. The one thing he said is that T-Mobile is great in the "Metro-Area" region of NY so service here is great. The store was very stocked with items that complimented the phone and it was a great experience in-store. I do wish I had a exact T-Mobile store next to my house! One of the greatest stores and great staff!
