  Ignorant, uninformed, rude people they have working here. They don't know anything about cell phones, will just tell you you need an expensive new phone. I could have lost all my data. But I went home and looked at some youtube videos that helped me retrieve my data. NEVER believe anything they say, look for another source. I will never set foot again in this rude dump.

  Staff was very helpful every time I went there and unlike other stores seemed to know what they were talking about. In particular, and given their proximity to international organisations (world bank, IMF, etc), they knew what type of contracts, paperwork, etc was needed from a resident foreigner, which was not the case in other stores. There are usually a few customers ahead of you so, yes, you might need to wait 10 minutes...

  No service, just wait with no sense of whether they can even meet your need. Polite but useless experience. Total waste of time. PLEASE AVOID
