  We changed from Sprint to T-mobile with the promise of them paying off sprint. Two months later we received a judgement from Sprint for $1200.00. T-mobile had never contacted them. Now T-mobile is saying they gave a form to fill out (which they never did). The Manager at this store keeps telling us "his manager" will not call him back. When I asked for the name and number of this person he would not give it to me. If you are thinking of changing services - I would think twice before choosing T-Mobile.

  I bought a new phone and added a tech 21 screen protector at the time of purchase they employee put it on and it had bubbles. He said if they don't disappear to bring it back in a few days and he would replace it. I had to do that because they didn't disappear. He replaced it after a new shipment came in because he said the one that they had were all bubbling. In about 3 weeks my protector had another big bubble. I took it in and they said it was not put on correctly and there was nothing they could do. I explained that the store employee put it on..... they looked embarrassed and still said too bad, nothing can be done, send it to the manufacturer.
