  We were looking for a new phone and plan. Decided to try T-mobile and after speaking with Rahaul were glad we did. He was very knowledgeable and recommended phones and plans that suited our needs. He did not try to oversell us on anything. We are seniors and was able to get the T-mobile senior plan which saved us quite a bit of money. I went back another time because I was having trouble setting up Bixby on my new Samsung 8 and Rahaul was very patient and took care of everything. I can only rave about how helpful he is and I'm sure I'll be back for more of his help.
