  I have been to this T-Mobile store twice and each time the service I received has been exceptional.

  If I could give a minus one star for this place, I would. The worst service I've ever received. Everybody is rude, including the manager. Nobody knows anything. It's almost like someone forced them to do the job that they clearly hate.

  Worst people, they were smoking outside and they said they were open after a few minute, i waited until they finished smoking, and they know nothing , go another place, the lady is rude

  I went to this store on a Friday. There were 2 employees working on the store. After waiting 45 minutes.I received assistance a little before 6pm. I wanted a new phone added to my line. The representative said he cannot assist me because they are closing soon. They close at 7PM!!! It's stated on the door and on google. Such a disappointment, Lazy worker. I took my business elsewhere.
