  Really good experiwnce, someone was helping me as soon as i walked into the store, fat and friendly and knowlegeeable. i ended up getting a new samsung gear s3 frontier. i was on the edge of not getting one but i was sold on it pretty quickly

  Worst customer service ever. Their store manager Sohail convinced me to port from ATT just to sell. After I ported , he said my handset is not compatible and simply said go back to ATT. Half hearted apologies which costed me almost 100$. Just entering this friggin store costed me 100$. Waste of time

  I have always had a great experience here. Sohaib specifically was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick the perfect plan for my family's needs during my last few visits. He was patient and personable and I will always choose this T-Mobile over any other.

  Awful attitude. One of the staffs has no patience explaining their service and lie to new customers. I walked a few blocks down to the other t mobile, and got my questions explained properly.
