::Clueless staff. Blames customers as them misunderstanding for their (staff’s) misleadings. Lack of information in explanations. Example: For the apple iphone buy one get one free offer, we were told by Ahmed that we would receive our rebate in 4 Months (we were told we had to keep a 4th line open for this). In 4 months when we didn’t receive it, we went back and THEN he told us about the form we had to fill out within A MONTH of purchasing the phones to get the rebate. TLDR: Because of the horrible staff (either deceitful or clueless), our money was wasted. If you insist on staying with T-mobile, go to any other location, not here.

::AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. STAFF WAS RUDE WITH MY 70 YEAR OLD PARENTS. THEY WENT IN TO CHANGE THEIR PLAN BUT THE PLACE WAS CROWDED. MY FATHER ASKED IF THERE WAS A LINE AND THE MANAGER HAD AN ATTITUDE AND RUDELY RAISED HIS VOICE. HE TALKED DOWN TO MY FATHER. MY PARENTS FELT UNCOMFORTABLE AND LEFT THE STORE. THEY WENT TO THE NORTHERN BLVD STORE. I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS SINCE THEY DID NOT GET SERVICED!

::My experience with this store is becoming a nightmare. they refused to assist me with my daughter's cell. the cell is still under warranty and after I called the assistance to explain the situation, the new phone was delivered to the store and they refused to accept it and they sent it back. My daughter is without phone since two weeks and I wasted my time going 4 times to this store with no result. They are very rude and unprofessional people. AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN!!!!!!
