The food is fantastic, and the cocktail list is even better. And don't expect the same cookie cutter menu you find at 90% of other Thai places, i.e., 14 slightly different types of curry (not that those places aren't also delicious). Familiar concepts and flavors, but unique (and more authentic) presentations. Can't wait to go back!

Awful customer experience. Bought a SIM in Chicago for my UK phone and was told it would work fine. When I had issues in Seattle, I took it here - I was treated rudely and told no network could give me high speed in Seattle with my UK handset. AT&T hooked me up in 10 minutes. Do not use this network and especially avoid this branch.

Jake was the most helpful person I’ve encountered in a cellular service store. Everyone is very knowledgeable and polite.

My husband and I decided to look into the T-Mobile plan offering a significant discount to people 55+ on a double line family plan. Having had bad experiences in mobile phone stores before we went into this with a bit of apprehension. What a nice surprise that we had excellent, informative, and professional care and instruction by Maggie. She was able to answer all questions, gave us straight answers and helped us weigh all the options without any push to "up-sale." We came out with the product that was right for us and a plan that will save us money. We are very thankful we chose this location. About locations, we also had a bad first experience at the Lower Queen Anne store in an attempt to get info on this plan. I also had a horrible follow-up experience at the White Center store related to need to get my phone unlocked by my previous carrier (you can check out my review there). It turns out that most of the stores in the area are not authorized dealers and you can end up getting bad or even deceptive service. The 6th Avenue store is the only authorized dealer, along with kiosks in the malls. We have discovered is makes a difference.
