  Terrible service !!! Terrible!!! There is no truth, I can not trust the words of the person who is attending. He refused to resolve the issue and asked me to contact the Customer Service department by phone. The service department said the store should have solved the problem. Now, one person pushes the problem to another and nobody solves it. They are charging more than they should. They are including plans and services without the authorization of the client. They are selling a lot more expensive than the people in the store say. This person is attending VERY poorly.

  Sandy did a very good job helping. He was very patient and kind and he was good at helping with the service of my phone. I am satisfied with my results. Thank you t mobile for choosing great employee's like Sandy.
