  If I can give a zero I would. Customer service is horrible and they’re slow and don’t take no for an answer on accessories. Sold me wrong color phone and acted like he couldn’t return

  great customer service here they are all helpful very cool people in there and the service is great i never had a complain with t-mobile when i had it before or now
