  Sky was real empathetic with a crazy situation I was having. It was life threatening fixing my mom's phone who has cancer. We have to to contact her and he truly understood and showed compassion. Sky M. Is the bomb!

  Sky from T-mobile at the Aurora Mall is super nice and super helpful. He took his time to help me get another phone though my jump program after having an unexpected issue with my phone and took his time to help me save all of my pictures and videos. Plz go see sky he will take care of you and have you come out satisfied! Sky you are awesome !
