  T mobile located at 1380 Boston post road in Larchmont new York is the most professional and has people that are smart and do their best....which is always 100x better than any other branch. Megan the manager went TOTALLY OUT OF HER WAY.to switch up my lg10 to lg20 She didn't have to spend two hours doing machinations to save every bit of data for me. She is fantastically intelligent and can manipulate knowledge..this is rare It is so wonderful to acknowledge good work and decent people. The All the employees are individuals t mobile should be so proud of. T mobile should acknowledge this store!!!!!! Thank you Louise gallo

  My visit to your T-Mobile store on the Boston Post Road in Larchmont was a great experience I will always go back to that store. The gentleman by the name of Zach Schwartzman was a greatest customer service representative I've ever been in the other T-Mobile stores have not the knowledge I needed for my phone he was kind and generous and very patient with the problems I had with my phone I would definitely go back to that specific store for all my T-Mobile services even to pay my bill or just a simple question he is a definitely worker that deserves a bonus. I appreciate to have a store that is presentable and people that work there are very knowledgeable and not looking to push a product on you they' explain themselves to you in a kindly Manor thank you for your services. MY NAME IS MICHAEL PETERKIN AND I've been a customer for over 2 years and I'm very satisfied Now That I Found A store that I can definitely count on and Trust thank you very much sincerely Mike peterkin

  This store is amazing. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Meghan and Michael were the best. Every time I go to this store they take their time and answer any questions you have.

  The team in Larchmont always goes above & beyond every time I have a problem! I appreciate the time they take to answer my questions with knowledge & understanding that I'm not all that tech savy. The whole team and the manager Megan are both professional, courteous, & patient. it was wonderful to have such a great customer experience, it's hard to come by. I will definitely be coming to this store in the future.
