  The worst store ever . The employees are very unprofessional and rude . They have a bad attitude with customers , unhelpful... definitely I don’t suggest to anybody going there

  Unprofessional workers, completely rude and don't care unbelievable if this people represent TMobile I don't want to be a TMobile customer anymore

  Store does not answer calls, representatives dont help at all. Completely unprofessional store should just be closed down or all employees should be replaced.

  The employees are rude, inconsiderate and lazy. They do not like to help whatsoever. Instead, they make sure you have a horrible experience at the store. T-mobile should not have these kinds of people representing their brand. It is disgusting. It infuriates me just to think of when I went to the store ONE HOUR prior to the closing hour to have the doors locked and the manager refuse to open them. Or when my mother went to exchange her iPhone 7 128gb for the iPhone 8 and the lady gave her one with less gb. she ended up losing most of her information on iCloud because of that. Why on earth would you sell something less than what the customer already have?! The attendant did not even bother to sell, she simply switched the phones. Ridiculous and stupefying.

  Its the 3rd time i go to this store never had a good experience. Today was horrible once again rude attitude from the employees. I never seen something like this i dont even know how this store still open.
