  Dear Gentleman I would like to highly recommend and regard Rahul Israni to turned out to be caring,highly professional and went way out of his way to accommodate me and all my issues. I know he's the manager of the store but I would like to see him go up a step further one day. Hip-hip hooray

  I have had an account with Verizon for over 10 years they were getting very expensive and I was referred to go to T-mobile and talk to Rahul. He was very courteous and took the time to explain everything and was very patient. He is very knowledgable and thanks to him I am saving over $100 every month and getting more for my money.

  I've had numerous great things to say about this T-Mobile store and this experience was no different. I had went over to the store about a question regarding a possible upgrade to my phone to which the manager Rahul did a fantastic job helping me choose the proper device. Fantastic service as always and I highly recommend seeing Rahul to make the experience that much better.

  I had been with AT&T for a very long time and was being charged an arm and a leg. I wanted to explore the different carrier options and stopped by this store to ask for more information. I was helped by Rahul who took the time to explain everything to me step by step and walked me through what would happen if I made the switch and what my new bill would look like. The customer service played a big role in my decision to make the switch, which I have been very happy with thus far. It's very comforting to know that If I ever have any questions or need any help, it's just a phone call or a short visit away.
