::Walked in got a quick greeting from one of the young ladies but no one asked if I needed help considering I spent about 20min in the store. I gather this location suffers from lack of good management cause I've walked in before & experienced the same nonsense. I'll spend my $ elsewhere.

::The worse customer service ANYWHERE, specifically the two young blondish females that neither knew or attempted to find out the addecuate information regarding my new samsun edge 7 that I puchase at that store. I was incorrectly advised to go to Best Buy and see about the Geeksquad.!! I wish there was a minus star. T-Mobile must not care about running a successful store.

::Store Manager H. Cassanova did a great job at handling a huge inflow of customers with a wide range of questions all at the same time. She helped me with a warranty claim, a new phone purchase, and all with a great attitude. Will always go back to this store for any issues!!

::Don't waste your time with this location. Went there for an issue I was having with my charger for a brand new Galaxy S7 edge. Explained to them my phone couldn't get me through a work day with minimal usage without having to be charged. Also told them the charger was loose in the port. They basically told me all this was normal and sent me on my way. Whatever I told them was the issue, they just dismissed it as "it's normal." Not courteous or helpful.
