  Rude workers. No one said may i help you? Wanted to open a account with t- mobil now i am going somewhere else. Been their waiting for someone to help. 20 min wait with no single word said to us. Ignoring us.

  Very busy place..only two employees work there. .and no help..it takes an hour to get service.

  Timo belly store on Lake St., Minneapolis the warmest customer service the guys name Samuel He’s a racist the guy I never see another good customer service

  Walked in to get a new phone. Had the phone picked out, called before to see if they had it, was very excited...... easiest commission a salesperson could ever ask for. The young girl that helped us, if help is what you want to call it, was so unfriendly and so lazy about it. Will not go here again. She was horrible, horrible at customer service.

  Prompt, friendly, thorough: everything you'd want in a wireless experience. Patrick was awesome, the best wireless rep with whom I've ever worked. Thanks for helping me dump Big Red!
