::This store location has one of the worst customer service representives who lack care and consideration for their customers. I recently bought a phone in June of last year, which was an IPhone 6s, but they sold me a defective phone which would freeze and restart continuously. At the time I still had my warrantee, but even with that knowledge getting an exchange was a fight with these associates. After a short period of time I received a new phone, which I believe was a refurbished device due to the problems I’ve faced with this model. One the call quality is absolute garbage, two the phone freezes upon startup and recently the charger has stopped working completely. I’ve been a customer at T-Mobile for over five years, but they don’t try to even work with you to resolve the situation instead giving you the run around. In my experience with the newer faultier phone, I was told to contact Apple, which wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix my phone yet I had a warrantee at T-Mobile. I am still currently paying the phone off, but the device won’t even turn on. Overall I would say avoid this location or at least be more of top of your phones battery life/health because these representives don’t seem to care about their customers.

::The worst customer service ever. Came in to get a new phone but because it was 7:40 and they close at 8 the sales rep a female with a low buzz cut dyed blonde said she was unable to help me because it was "not enough time". Right from the beginning the sales rep had an attitude, if you don't wanna be there then quit, no one is forcing you to work there. I'm shocked and disappointed that I was denied the opportunity to get a phone just because this employee couldn't be bothered. Wow never coming back here again, but will also never recommend this store to anyone I know. Thanks for nothing T-Mobile!

::Worse T-mobile location to go to, not only is there always a line out the door but, the employees are rude and rush customers. While in line the, employees pick and choose who they help. I went in to pick up a warranty replacement and I understand taking customers who are just paying a bill. However, customers who came in to become a new customer were taken ahead of me. The manger Christine is of absolute no help and encourages the situation. Employees need to be trained with better communication and attitude skills.
