  Horrible wait time. You’ll think you walked into the post office. The employees pretty much take their sweet times while a slew of people are forming. They don’t even tell you that they will be with you soon and just let you stand there aimlessly and wait until you turn blue. My only guess is because they just don’t really care. So if you have nothing better to do and need a place to crash, come in there and wait because honestly, I don’t think anyone will even notice their present.

  I went here to purchase a SIM card for my own device I was bringing to T-Mobile and had a quick and pleasant experience. No push to upsell me and no confusion at all.

  Great customer service. Staff were well-knowledged, and very helpful. All transactions, from opening a new account to updating account info went smoothly. There can be a bit of a wait to get served, but this is normal when most customers come in requesting the same needs as yourself.

  If I could give this place 000000!!!! The guy who was helping me was , retorted, lazy , illiterate and stupid. He didn't know what he was doing. The worst service I've ever received in my life! I'll never go back this place again and will advice my friend to keep away from this T-Mobile store. The manager was the same, manager should learn what's the customer service is & her staff members!!!! This is a failed business which shouldn't exist. Rude and stupid service ever!!!!! I visited the store on 09/27/2017 around 7.00pm
