  Very unprofessional, they try to charge you fees for nothing. Won't answer a simple question and on top of that they decided to take a copy of my I.D before even attempting to help. If you're able to go to another location it will most likely benefit you.

  Happened to walk in one morning after At&t visit which was horrible. Been with Sprint for over 10yrs ( time for change it bloody sux). So dropped in and walked out with upgrade cell and provider. So easy as that. Staff are great,friendly and had awesome time in store and satisfied all my questions. So much better than Att and Sprint. Jeanye was awesome and did a smooth job in the transition. Well done!
