I bought an item there the guy said it would work and I drove home and I went home to try it and it didn't work so I drove back to a mobile store by my home to return it but they said I have to return it at the same tmobile store that I bought it so I drove back to the fullerton store and they said sorry we can't help You! UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

Only one person in the whole entire store had to wait a long time and decided to give up coming to this store. Very disappointing.

Do not go to this Tmobile! The manager Alexis Suarez will screw you over. I went in for a jump upgrade, which is a program I've been paying for over the last year. She said i was not eligible because my phone had an "internal scratch." Even the representative helping me said he couldn't see it himself. Pretty much they find a reason. It's pretty criminal,

It's pretty easy going, and the staff don't pressure you into anything. My salesperson was very pleasant, and upfront with the upgrade process minus one star, because in lieu of the standard NFC or Nearby setup on the new phone I was asked to install some random non-t-mobile app to upload and transfer my data (I was able to avoid using it).

I was completely ignored! All I went in to do was pay my phone bill and the staff was much more interested in tallllkin and laughin and listenin to music all in Spanish all the while making no effort to acknowledge my presence.... I'm like dude I'm here to give you money! I could have just walked out with anything really and a couple loads of head phones chargers ect. that sat right inside of the door. Not one of them made any sort of eye contact. God talk about feeling like your NOT welcome. Long in the short, I walked right back out if the after only bring in the here no more than 5 10 mins. I didn't pay my bill that night. And I will never step foot in there again. Some people's children.
