  First sales person did not offer assistance. Second person was quick to offer and knowledgeable regarding my question.

  The people at this store are friendly but T-mobiles data service is terrible. They make the claim that you have an LTE connection in most parts of Hawaii but in the majority of locations in Honolulu the connection is not even close to an LTE level, preventing you from watching a youtube video or even listening to streamed music at times.

  Convenient downtown location. Supportive staff. Handled warranty replacement with data migration with no issue.
