  this is literally the best t-mobile store in boston area , the manager kelly is very laid back and helpfull. The store is clean, the sales rep Lee is the best tmobile staff i have ever met. I have been a tmobile customer for years, but when I was served in this store, i felt nothing like the experiences I had in others. Lee was very helpful and humorous. He doesn't push me to buy and he explains all the promotions and features patiently, I would honestly buy whatever he tells me to buy because I feel i'm getting helped there. I would take a further trip just to come to this store to pay my bill or make a purchase.

  The costumer service is very useful and fast. Maybe T-Mobile is not the cheapest company in this field, but it does a very good job.

  Usual T-mobile store with some very enthusiastic sales people. Maybe a little too enthusiastic, Bro...
