  I was passing the store when "June" was outside promoting a speaker. My wife and I were looking to upgrade our phones so we went inside. I have never seen such wonderful customer service like we received at t mobile. The sales girl June went literally above and beyond to make sure we got the phones of our choice & of course the speaker. I have never seen someone go out of their way like June did. She's just an awesome and understanding woman. Absolutely amazing! The whole T mobile team are great. But June really stands out! Thank you June for everything & T Mobile for hiring smart, knowledgeable & caring staff.

  Absolutely wonderful experience today! I came in with my mother to upgrade my phone and to add her to my plan. Andy was our sales person and we surely struck gold with him! He is so knowledgeable, patient, kind and showed my mother all the new features of her phone. He informed me exactly what he was doing at each step and clarified any questions I had. He was not pushy with the sale- he made sure we were getting what would work for us. He is by far the best salesperson I've worked with in 12 years with tmobile, and I am looking forward to seeing him in the future!

  Had a very pleasant experience at this store earlier today. Went in looking for a new phone and the person I worked with (Miranda) was very polite and personable. She had a great amount of knowledge on the phones that this store sells and I walked away happy with a new Moto z2 (and at a better price than buying one online at other retailers such as Amazon!). I did not run into any issues during my visit and was in and out of the store in about 25 minutes. I'll return for any of my future needs with Tmo. I've been a customer with Tmo for about 12 years now and experiences like this make me not even consider changing carriers. Thanks for your help today, Miranda.

  I bought few phones there workers are nice but prices are little high i will be back again.
